Countertop Kit

The D.I.Y. countertop resurfacing solution that has enough material to resurface an average sized kitchen countertop in 2 days.

Oxi-Colors

Made from the finest metallic salts available the Oxi-Colors combine with the dried overlay to create a reaction of beauty. More colorful and beautiful than acid staining the Oxi-Colors are easy to work with and produce unlimited results. Many different mediums can be combined to encourage artistic expression. The Oxi-Colors are reactive stains that do not contain any acid hence the term EcoCrete. Oxi-colors are available in quarts to 5 gallon pails.

Modifier

The modifier is a polymer enforcer which has been tested and proven to be the strongest polymer additive on the market. The modifier is to be used 1 to 5 part ratio with the Overlay mix (ex: 5 gallons of overlay dry mix to 1 gallon of liquid modifier). You can alos thin the mix slightly with water to a workable consistency. Modifier must always be used. The modifier can also be tinted to any color using universal tints so color can be all the way through finish. Modifier is available in quarts to 5 gallon pails.

Faux Glaze

An Exterior grade translucent glazing medium that allows for artistic expression. Achieve marbling, wood grain and any faux finishing techniques that call for a glazing medium. Excellent for garage doors. Has a long open dry time and dries to a soft glow.

Bonding Agents

High Resin content bonding agent used for filling porous concrete, and helping adhesion of overlays.

Overlay

A cementitious dry mix that when combined with the modifier formula creates a highly adhesive and durable finish. EcoCrete's Regular Overlay is enforced with numerous strengthening agents that make the product easy to use and produces beautiful and practical results. The overlay can be applied to many hard to stick surfaces without a bonding agent! Surfaces include glossy tile, laminate, vinyl, old and new concrete, painted surfaces, old carpet adhesive without removal, acrylic decking, cool deck, drywall, plaster, and many more surfaces. The overlay can be tinted with universal tints to any color desired*(see modifier). The overlay can be troweled, sprayed, rolled, brushed on, and in many other ways applied to surfaces. It can be applied from 1/8"- 4" thick. Once dry the overlay can be sanded to a smooth finish, and finally the oxi-colors can be applied. The overlay mix reaches 19,200 psi in 28 days and has an anti-skid additive. It can be sealed on the 3rd day and painted and colored on the 2nd day. EcoCrete's Overlay System has been used in place of Stucco for the beauty, versatility and that it’s cure time far exceeds stucco's 28 days.

Clear Gloss Sealer was developed as a high gloss clear with VOCs less than 50 g/l surpassing the most stringent VOC regulations in the country.
